About these terms

These terms and conditions govern your purchase of and access to the Storm Proof online course, created by Dr LJ Ltd. By purchasing Storm Proof you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Dr LJ Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our website is drlj.club.

The course

Storm Proof is an online educational course for parents and caregivers of girls aged 9 to 16. It is delivered via video content hosted on our course platform.

Storm Proof is currently in pre-launch. This means that at the time of purchase not all course content is immediately available. By purchasing during pre-launch you acknowledge that you are joining a course that is actively being built, that content will be delivered progressively over the coming weeks, and that the full course will be completed within a reasonable timeframe. You will be notified by email when new content is added.

The content of the course is for educational purposes only. It does not constitute clinical advice, psychological treatment, or a substitute for professional support. If you have concerns about your child's mental health or wellbeing please consult a qualified professional.

Pricing and payment

The pre-launch price of Storm Proof is £97 plus VAT. This price is available to the first 20 purchasers only and will increase at launch. Once you have purchased at the pre-launch price that price is locked in for you permanently. You will never be charged more for any content added to the course.

Payment is processed securely through our third party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. VAT will be added at checkout where applicable.

Access

Upon successful payment you will receive immediate access to the Storm Proof welcome video and to all course content as it is released. Access to the course is for your personal use only and is non-transferable. You must not share your login details or course content with others.

Intellectual property

All course content including videos, scripts, frameworks, and supporting materials are the intellectual property of Dr LJ Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or sell any course content without our express written permission. This includes but is not limited to recording or sharing video content, copying scripts or written materials, or reselling access to the course.

Refund policy

Because Storm Proof is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase we are unable to offer refunds once you have accessed the course content. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the course please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

If you have purchased but not yet accessed any course content and wish to cancel please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will consider your request in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Disclaimer

The content of Storm Proof is based on the professional knowledge and clinical experience of Dr LJ Ducksbury and Dr Alex Redfern, both Educational and Child Psychologists. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, the course is for educational purposes only.

Dr LJ Ltd accepts no liability for any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on the course content. If you are concerned about your child's health or wellbeing please seek professional advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase of Storm Proof will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the course following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
